What happens after placing my order?
Once you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2–5 business days. During peak periods (e.g., holidays), please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please email us immediately at petitsteps@outlook.com with the subject line “CHANGE ORDER”. We’ll do our best to correct it before shipping.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking details may take a couple of days to update.

Lost or stolen orders
We work hard to ensure safe delivery, but we cannot be responsible for items confirmed as delivered by the courier. In such cases, refunds or replacements are not available.
