What happens after placing my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. If it does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days. During holiday periods or high-volume times, processing may take up to 5 business days.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@petitsteps.com with the subject line “CHANGE ORDER”. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update depending on the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Orders
