Change of Mind (Order Changes & Cancellations)

You may request order changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a size change, variant change, or cancellation, contact us at contact@petitsteps.com  within 12 hours.

Returns (30-Day Return Policy)

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your item.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  • The return must be authorized by our team before sending it back

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@petitsteps.com . Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund approval status. If approved, refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund posting.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at contact@petitsteps.com  if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue promptly.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Petit Steps cannot provide replacement or reimbursement for lost or stolen items. However, you may contact us at contact@petitsteps.com  and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the original one. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
